Hi,
On 06.04.2019 we ordered a kurti,
When we received the order on 12.06.2019, we were shocked to see a chep product and “completely different” item was delivered.
Now we have logged a case, but they are denying to replace or refund citing that order was not defective.
But why should we accept wrong product???
Please help.
I have attached both product received and ordered.
