Kuwait Airways – My luggage

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Travelled from Trivandrum to Kuwait through Bahrain dated 17/12/2021, flight numbers, KU332 from Trivandrum to Kuwait and KU 615 from Kuwait to Bahrain, I did not receive my luggage from Kuwait. Trivandrum Groundfloor staff not provided my luggage confirmation copies from their side, I asked them, they told me no need to collect from them. Air India’s ground floor staff assist me from Trivandrum his name is Rajesh. S. He assists me very badly also, the same time I informed to concern person in there, I have evidence for my luggage flight number and e ticket number only and my name also. So many important things are in my luggage. It was brown cartoon box with wrapped. It is missing in Kuwait. Because of my flight was delayed from Trivandrum to Kuwait. The same time Kuwait to Bahrain flight is waiting for me in Last passenger call. So that my luggage is not transferred to my Bahrain flight. It is missed in Kuwait. It is almost two days. Already I complained in Bahrain Baggage service dept. But still, I did not get proper reply .Kindly look into this matter in Serious. I am your permanent customer and Expecting valuable support from your side. Kindly provide my luggage as soon as possible.
