at Casagrand Tudor my daughter has booked flat H107 and she had paid the due amount on 18 feb 2023 and sought registration of property on 23 march 2023 but no one properly answers on the date for registration. BRM takes it easy and says it is difficult to do on that day between 10 am and 12 noon. We have seen property getting registered within 24 hrs with the token issued by registration dept. Let us know where is the issue on this.
Unfortunately the business relation ship managers keep changing and that is how they work to resolve issues, we do not know.
at each stage we had issues and even if we send messages they only talk on phone as per their policy.
It is to be noted that such a big company like Casa grand is having a poor customer relationship team.
Even if you say you are not interested in other projects they keep on calling list out the properties.
They could show atleast 50% of marketing efforts to clients who had made 90% payments.

We had some unaddressed issues and went to their office.
It was a big surprise for us about the manner in which they handle clients new or old.
For our issues one senior officer patiently listened to us.
He assured of positive action to register the property.
He in fact introduced the BRM to us and gave suitable directions.
Overall they were cordial.
Appreciate the gesture.
