We have payed 100000 rs to casagrand to hold a slot on mar 5th 2023. which they said is completely refundable. We immediately cancelled the next day. Because we are not satisfied with properties. They are not responding properly. Initially they said will refund amount immediately. After some days they said will refund in 45 days. Now they are saying will give PDC cheque dated jun 8 2023. Still haven’t received cheque from them. Not keeping their words. Customer service is not responding for calls and mails. Calling customer service is headache.
