On May 9, 2022 I ordered clothing online at AnnieCloth.com. Items were delivered in several separate mailings. I ordered medium size clothing. I am 5′ 4″ tall and all of the clothing was 8″ to 10″ too long, baggy, poorly made and more like pajamas than something one would wear outside. Also, I thought that the company advertising is an American (U.S.) company; but, the labels are all “Made in China”. There is no phone number to call to get an address for the return of the items, only an email address. So, I followed their directions and sent the email requesting the return items address. I have not yet received a response about my wanting to return items and reimburse me via my credit card the $111.83 charged. On the page “Return Order Details Annie Cloth”, the company states “We will get back to you within 48 hours via your registered email”; however, I have not received any email from the company, who is supposed to give me an address where I can send the return items. Also, the company will not accept return items after a 30 day period of time; so, I suppose the company will not answer my complaint until after 30 days has passed and then say “Sorry, we don’t accept returns after 30 days and we cannot reimburse you for the items”. What crooks!
