Hi,

I have been awaiting a response on a refund of an amount of Rs. 3,499 from Chipkart with the following details with no promising action. This was for a Micromax Q55 white phone.

I have been following up for the last over one month, after I told them I would wait for the product if it was not in stock and there is no refund except always hearing they ‘will get back’.
