Dear Sir/Madam,

I had ordered 3 dresses from ciaraa.com on 28th Dec, 2018. I received only 2 products on 22-01-19 by Vulcan courier and the full amount was charged (3 products + delivery charge). The product is really bad, cheap and of low quality. It is VERY DIFFERENT from what I ordered.
The given number on their site continuously switched off and mails are not being responded to.
This is outright scamming and fraud.
Please help to return the product and refund my amount.

NEVER BUY FROM CIARAA.COM. ITS A SCAM.
