I purchased a suit from the website clasoraa. But i didn’t like the stuff and color. It was not similar to what was looking in the picture. Ao i returned it at my expenses. They refunded my money after deducting rs. 250 in clasoraa wallet. They are refusing to repay my money in my bank account. It means that i have to purchase another product from their website though i don’t want to. This is utter exploitation. Their representative says that it is their company policy. On their website they have nowhere mentioned that money will not be refunded in bank account. I don’t want to purchase anything. I want my money to be refunded in my bank account.
