It is heartening for me as a mother and a parent as a whole to bring to your notice some acts of CLTA (Chandigarh Lawn Tennis Association) during lockdown since March 2020. I would like to mention these as follows:
1. Since the lockdown in March 2020, it was directed by UT administration to close the sports complexes. Though CLTA did close the institute but when it opened it in January 2021, the quarterly fees already paid was not adjusted.
2 . Penalty was charged for not paying the group classes fees. A request was given by me in the form of a whatsapp message but a notice was issued that in order to pay the employees of CLTA their salaries, the fees with not be adjusted and penalty is compulsory to be paid.
3. Before lockdown sibling discount of 25% was given in fee structure but knowing the fact the economic consequences of Pandemic, after reopening, they stopped giving sibling discount.
4. Again in January 2022, Ut administration has directed to close all sport complexes, however with respect to the notice attached it becomes clear that at first place they are opening the institute and upon that asking for quarterly fees and if not paid, penalty will be charged or a re admission fees will be charged.
I have made repeated requests to Mr Megh Raj, Roman sir and accounts office there to atleast cooperative at some level with parents who send their children with high hopes but instituted like this misuse the finances and above all emotions of parents who have to bend down for their kids future.
It’s my request that this issue may be resolved as soon as possible and interests of parents and children may also be protected.
Thanks and regards
