I, Varsha bhandari want to tell you about the problem that I faced while I was withdrawing money from bank of Baroda branch’s ATM machine located near Moti nagar metro station.I have my saving account in bank of Baroda branch Moti nagar,my saving bank account no is. 52320100001003 . On 3 jan 2017 I visited ATM at 20:37 ,then inserted card into then according to the process i completed that and entered amt of 4500 which i wished to receive ,then at the last step when transaction was going to proceed then machine got hanging ,then only amt of rs.2500 I.e 5 notes of 500rs each was came out from that machine ….later I received that slip in which amount withdrawn was written 4500 .In my registered mobile no. There also I received a message of debited 4500rs from bank .Then also i tried to contact to customer care centers but didn’t got any response from that side as the no. I was calling was busy everytime i called them.I want to sort out this matter as soon as possible and hope to get a frequent reply from your side .And plzz contact me at my registered mobile no. 8447260650.(Varsha bhandari) ATM ID:1FDNDL162 After one month, I got the same reply from the bank . They said that your transaction was successful that day.As I am not satisfied from this reply. So please check again and do the needful. I am expecting the fair decision from your side& waiting for your reply on this matter.
