On 17/01/2020 i ordered a saree with item description sp56 worth rs 499 and prepaid rs 598.94 including courier charges and tax. My order no. 8308 and tracking no.[protected] / fedex carriers. But on 21/01/2020, i received the parcel containing cheap quality of saree which differs from product shown in the website and within 4 hours i sent email informing receipt of wrong product. But they replied saying that “you got the same product so return not possible”. Pls look into the matter and help me to get the original product. I have attached the wrong product delivered to me.
