I have purchased a storage water heater ( geyser )- 6 Ltr. (Model No. ASWH-606a – IVORY) from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd., contact No.03412310081, 033 40372000, Branch-Block-A, Parbati Business Arcade, G.T. Road, Ashram More, Asansol-713301, supporting invoice no. AS/SA/1617/03267, dated 16-12-2016, Invoice amount-rs.5850, with warranty (Tank) 5 years. It was installed & used since 7 months, suddenly I found water leakage from bottom of the geyser, I lodged complaint to Customer Care no. 18004190505 of Crompton Greaves Ltd (complaint no.-1707105075), a technician had come from Crompton Greaves Ltd. service center ,technician checked & reported for replacement, after 4/5 days it was informed to me by authorised service centre (M/S Care Centre, contact no.-8945528102) of Crompton Greaves Ltd. that to come & collect defective tag for replacement & also said that I will get replacement from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt.Ltd. because Great Eastern Appliances Pvt Ltd. is a dealer of Crompton Greaves Ltd . Accordingly, I collected that tag & went to the outlet- Great Eastern Appliances Ltd. with defective material & replacement Tag document on 30/07/2017, Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd. said that they are not responsible for replacement, Crompton Greaves Ltd is responsible to Replace it, & Crompton Greaves will give to me new one against defective materials. How strange, Crompton Greaves Ltd. said dealer(Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd.) will give replacement & Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd. said Crompton Greaves will give. Finally I am carrying this defective material till today.
