D-Electronics Sale Limited – USA
I ordered a one plus 6 mobile handset from D Electronic Sale Limited- USA. A salesperson from that company contacted me through whatsapp saying he will dispatch my phone from USA when i transfer him 2000 Rs and the rest after i get my product delivered. So I paid him the amount though paytm and he had sent me a bill of that payment. On that day itself he asked me 4000Rs again saying it is for the courier charges and will be deducted from the balance amount, so i paid him. On the next day he again asked me saying that you need to pay 5000 Rs otherwise it will be held by Custom duties at the airport and you will have to pay huge amount. First I argued with him but finally i don’t know why i paid him 5000Rs again saying that i won’t pay you again and the rest amount will be transfered after the delivery and he agreed to it. Yesterday he called me and said that your order is held by the custom Duty in Delhi and have to pay 8000 rs to release it and he gave me an account to transfer the money. It was a SBI account, so i doubted and asked him whose account is this. So he said it is his account and you have to transfer it to him. When I asked him to give the details of that custom officer for the confirmation, he refused it by saying you don’t need it. Today I told him I will pay the custom fee online , he refused me saying u don’t have to do that and just follow his instructions.
After that i searched his website i found it was not a proper shopping website as other shopping websites, and by clicking on Contact Us i found out an Indian Number which on Trucecaller i found out the name Amir Quikr.
So i want to enquire whether there is really a product in the custom office in Delhi and if not please do the needful action by refunding the paid amount from the seller.
I have the receipt bill , screenshots of payment made and a tracking id of the delivery courier
