My name is praveen gupta, I joined Deemtech Pvt. Ltd. Jaipur,Rajasthan, in March’12. They hired me on 10,000/- rs per month & said we deduced 10% of your salary as security money until it will not equal to your one month current salary & will refund it if you leave our company through a systematic procedure that means give proper resignation & complete notice period.After work for 1 & half year i resigned & completed notice period according to them as well as they relived me but on the matter of refund of security money they said your services was not satisfactory in your notice period so we will not refund your security amount which 17000/-. So now help me what should i do?
