    I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy Grand online Order No. 100002091 dated : 04-01-2014, inspite of their claim of same day dispatch the product has not been dispatched till now. Your requested to kindly , either deliver the same without delay or refund the payment so that I buy a mobile from alternative source….
