Deja vu trends – niether supplying item nor refunding money

I have booked an order (number 100007665) forTP LINK TL WR740Nwireless router with Deja vu trends and paid Rs 888/- by netbanking on 7 feb 2014. inspite of many emails niether they are sending the ordered product nor refundin money. they are repeatedly saying that they are shipping my item with in 5 days, and these five days not passed till now.

    I ordered netgear wifi router dgn-1000 but has not got it till now. Its been 5 days and it hasnt reached at my place. Do they really send or not?? Disgusting site. I wont recommend to my enemy also.
