I have ordered some household items for my home wooden sofa and mattress (6* 5 ft ) 2 nos and (6* 3) 2 nos.

Name of the Shop: Suba stores , Padi chennai-49

Date of order placement 15 – Aug -2016.

I have made my 100% payment on the same day.
Invoice number 7562

Delivery assured with in 10 days. I.e (25 – Aug 2016)

But they have not turned up. After my several followups it reached on 27- Aug – 2016. With following defects

Wooden sofa fitted completely.Considering my house entrance i have told them to bring in disassemble manner and fix it inside my home. Because of complete fit sofa was not brought inside my compound. Suba stores manager asked me to come shop to choose another one.

Another surprise awaited for me mattress which i ordered is short when compare with actual size .ie ordered size was 6*5 ft mattress delivered size was 5.8* 4.8 ft even same story for single mattress.

After this disappoinment i went to Suba stores on Sunday (28-aug-16) for replacement of sofa and mattress.initially they were tried to convince me by giving excuse stating that mattress will expand after usage

I questioned how its possible mattress can expand 4-5 inches in both sides. And also i put one more question to them will you take back the mattress if it not expands…they said no …. If its not happens i will be loser so i asked replace mattress as well

They said OK for sofa they said 15 days. I don’t any other option i delivery would be on 11-SEP-16

I didn’t any message from them so i called them twice
Gentle women who picked call said she will call me back.
I didn’t any call so i went directly to Suba stores today (11-Sept-16) evening around (19:30 hrs). I have approached manager / supervisor Mr. Ganesh who have committed me the 15 days timeline. Gentle men seems to be too busy. He don’t have time to answer my query after serval approach. He simply replied (aggresively) wait for two days and left.

Is this is the way customer have to be addressed for his query

Even after making 100% payment. They don’t have time address the customers

Necessary legal action should be taken aganist Suba stores for this behaviour.

And also i want necessary compensation for this dissatisfaction of service and for delivery defect mattress

I will be approachable anytime for above complaint enquiry.
