we have booked our honeymoon trip with and we are in contact with Mr. Sahil was didn’t inform us about the cancellation policy and while booking we knew covid situation is still not stable and then we asked him if in case there is any lockdown how are you going to manage our bookings and he confidently mentioned Mam it is fully refundable, however. what sort of refund he knowingly didn’t mention that and took Rs 10,000 from us in the name of booking.

Now the entire world knows about the pandemic and we want to cancel our bookings and they are very unprofessional never receives our call, very very late reply to our email with the same cancellation policy which is copied and pasted in every email.

Is this the way we maintain our customer service profession?
