Very Disappointing customer service. Total negligence.
Super General SGEC50MM Electric Pressure Cooker bought on 4th May – Not working. Submitted to Customer service on 12th May vide Ticket ID 8946. Followed up many times. Omani Lady always assuring that Binu/Manager Muddassar would call back. Not called back. Money must be returned. Too much inconvenience. We will not deal with DG Sharaf now. I can put it on social media. I will also inform Dubai Head office about the poorest customer service.
