This is the issue regarding payment of rs 5000 through a link india mart on 30 april for v3 massage bed to richa tiwari digital spine. Neighter the product has been delivered not the refund has been processed till now. I don’t understand what is the issue. And customer care india mart after registering my complain said will call me but that never happened! Pls help me what could be the issue.
