Doormint — Pathetic service – product damage (laundry)

I gave 6 shirts and a bedcover set for laundry – wash + iron on the premium (more expensive service). First time i received the washed clothes – most of the shirt collars were dirty and one shirt had black stains which previously didnt exist.
On complaint – they took them for re-wash. When i received these back (after constant hassle of co-ordinating with them) – both shirts were clean. But what i noticed was – one of my shirts – originally a LIGHT PINK shirt which had black stains after first wash – was now very clean – but the color GONE- it is now almost white – so clearly a strong processing agent / BLEACH was used to undo their mistakes.
There was no offer of free credits – or any sort of attempt at explaining why the issue happened. The grievances/ feedback have only 1-2 numbers you can call on but no way of escalating or reaching out to higher management
