I ( Mushahida) purchased a 1 BHK flat from Dwarka Hights Co Operative Housing Society ltd. Registration No MSCS/CR/1061/2014. And I booked 1 bhk flat area 475 Sqft project name – Dwarka Hights 2019, Registration ID – DWH/100 Total amount of Flat – 2100000/- and paid Rs 51000/- receipt no DWH/100/01 on booking amount and 1st instalment Rs 293850/- dt 15.2.2019 cheque no – 022180 receipt no – DWH/100/02 my husband’s bank Icici bank account. And second instalment Rs 361300/- by same account from my husband on dt 25 June 2019 receipt no – DWH/100/03 and finally total amount paid Rs 706150/- Seven Lakh six thousand one hundred fifty only. Now I am not getting any kind of response, I went to his office but office was shut down. I don’t know how can I get my money back or get possession of flat.
