Product has not been delivered yet since last 1 year. I’d paid rs. 36497.40 on 29 dec 2017 for order no. 225427.
In oct 2018 order no. 225427 cancelled by company and company issuing a shopping coupon for the same order value, which had been added to my panel for repurchase.
Using that coupon i purchase two orders.
I’d paid rs. 17904.92 on 25 oct 2018 for order no. 356519 and this order successfully delivered to me.
I’d paid rs. 18259.90 on 23 oct 2018 for order no. 355196 and this order again cancelled by company.
5 nov 2018 i recieved a mail form company for issuing a shopping coupon for the same value of order no. 355196.
One month has passed i have not received any coupon.
I have been calling the company over past one month for issue coupon, every time costomer care executive said that wait a few days.
I’m depressed because this is going on for the past 1 year please help me to get my product soon as possible.
