Ekstop – Making fraud to costumer

Hello All, I am Rakesh From Bangalore. I was find some Grocery on online which is not available on shops so i choose online shopping i found that particular Grocery on Ekstop and i placed which is cost of around 400 Rs worth. I paid through my credit card after 2 day they called and they are telling taht they can not deliver the products bcoz of state and my order got cancelled due to ship to address. But i keep on asking my money but every time they are telling they will transfer but still its pending. So i requesting my dear People don not place a order on this website if you order don’t pay online. Its my Kindly request to you Thank you.
