On 6 may 2017 we order some item order details
Some days after order he send me a email and demons tin number we not have any tin number then he demons website we not have any website so we cancel over order and demons refund he send mail refund are insteps we send mail after 15 days then he said refund are held but my bank account not shows when we email he said he do nothing when we login my account we see he charge my order date invoice address payment type when we email he give no answer please help me we have all email and all documents
