We purchased and installed EB2250U Projector on 6/12/2017 from our vendor in Dubai. This was installed in our main conference room .
In march the projector suddenly stopped working and the vendor provided it to Epson service center Dubai for maintenance as it comes with a 3 year warrantee.
We were informed that there are some faulty parts to be replaced that will be done within 2-3 weeks. but now after a month the update received from Epson service center was a surprise. The Epson HQ supplied them only 1 spare part out of the 2 ordered.
We ordered this product expecting quality service in terms of performance as well as after sales service/warranty. But Epson with this case we are seeing that the service experience is getting bad. One of the concern I want to highlight here is the transportation sparepart from HQ to Dubai. In todays world 2-3 weeks for a small spare part to reach Dubai is not at all realistic.
We request Epson team’s prompt intervention into this matter to avoid further delay and to get it resolved.
