We have booked a 2 wardrobe on 25th Nov 2015 and it was installed on 2nd December 2015. After installation the lock cap was broken in front of the person who was installed. When we asked them to change he said “we don’t have the extra one you kindly write it on the invoice we will submit”, we wrote the same and till date no one is concerned to repair the thing. First of all we had selected other design of wardrobe but they sent another design there we had compromised. Few days ago I got a docket number saying that the issue will be resolved by 4th January 2016. But till date it has not been resolved and whenever we are calling the number is busy (complete working hours the number is busy). Taking this matter to Tollygunge Branch they say that we need to call the service station. While purchasing the products they assure that next 5 years we have free service just one call they will be at our service. When they are not attending in a month how can we expect the same in next years. Very poor service. We are very much fed up with this. If our issue will get resolved then we will be grateful.
