The sales representative (Manav) made me join the course saying the kid will be taught from scratch (My kid is currently studying LKG). Upon attending the first session I realised the kid is not eligible for the classes( Age limit 5-16years as per company norms) and reported the same. They did not have any eligibility test or did not even check the DOB or the child before joining. They made me to attend the classes saying they are looking into the matter, kid will be acquainted into his age specific class but provided no resolution. I urged to atleast pause the classes as the kid was unable to understand anything. Shreya from the learning department paused the classes after 6 sessions yet the amount for 2 months was deducted. After multiple calls and emails there was no resolution provided, still the payments are deducted and neither a refund has been initiated. They have even stopped replying to my emails and not even raising a ticket for the same.I am simply loosing my hard earned money please help me at the earliest.
