Mujhe Fashion on Deal se call aaya tha ki tumahara gift mein laptop laga hain jo aapko bhej diya jaayega lekin usse pehle aapko company se koi product lena padega to meine home theater order kiyaa tha jo ki 2999 Rs. ka tha or PAYTM se payment kiya tha. aur Uske dusre din Phir call aaya ki aapka Home theater or sath mein laptop yahaa se Dispatch ho raha hain lekin usse pehle aapko Laptop kaa Insurance claim karvana padega Jo ki 10999 ka Hain aur wo aapko Net banking ke Dwara direct account mein Credit krna padega aur wo aapko check ke dwara refund kar diya jayega to maine insurance ka 10999 bhi paid kiya. Or maine pucha ki uske alawa koi or charge dena padegaa kya. to Fashion on Deal walo ne kaha ki aapko iske alawa 1 Rs bhi charge nahi dena padega. Lekin Ab Fashion on Deal wale Boll Rahe hain ki aapko 28% GST Dena padega. Jo ki laptop 44999 ka hain uske hisab se lagbhag 12000 rs ke asaspas Hoga. To me GST Pay nahi krpaunga isliye maine kaha ki order cancel karna hain or mujhe mere paise Jo ki maine pay kiye hain Wo Refund chahiye.. to Fashion on deal waale ne pehle to kahaa ki order cancel nahi hota wo to aapko lenaa hi padega. baad mein kaha ki thik hain cancel to hoga lekin aapka refund aapko 45 to 90 Days main milega. Fashion on deal wale to order ka to 10 minite main paid karwate hain lekin jab refund dena padega to 45 to 90 days. plzz Help me sir. Mujhe mera refund jo ki 26599 RS hota hain wo jaldi se jaldi mil jaaye uske liye Help kre sir Thank u . very Much.
