I order febdeal silksarees no. FD – 170 for rs.499. on 12.10.2018.delivery charge and total rs. 647 is collected from me on15.10.2018.when i open the parcel inside another parcel no. 2354710215806 rs.863.pincde462016. A old torn sari is packed and deliver for me.my invoice no.2440110155573 rs.647. pincode625706. My order is new pink silk sari. I am disappointed.Please return my money.
Even I got fooled by receiving a damaged old saree instead a kurti…… many people have faced same issues from Febdeal. I am not able to trace the contact details nor address, as i didnt recieve call . I have decided to take action on this. if you can do something please follow my instruction order some more items and when the deliver guy come we can catch hold of him and trace the root cause agency/person details.
