I had ordered an item in the 1st week.of Dec. Got it few days before Diwali (had to follow up for the same quite a lot) that too a damaged one! Have returned the item long back, even paid for the return shipment. The courier company said “the item has been delivered”.

When I asked for an acknowledgement their reply was v curt and rude! I had to keep messaging just to get a one word reply. If and when I ask for a refund their response is none to “mam we ll send the item next week! They have till date not acknowledged whether or not they have received the damaged product sent by me!

I guess, if you are lucky you ll end up in their happy customer page (which I am pretty sure is rare) else, you may end up running behind them for your money! I ended up finding a couple of more people with such experience complaining in every post posted by this site!

Even after my warning saying I will raise a complaint against them, they didn’t seem to bothered!
