Fiat, sold me a manufacturing defect car. Had problem with Wheel Alignment and Air Bags. On account of issue with Wheel Alignment met with a fatal accident on Mumbai-Pune express highway. Goodyear tyre engineer did inspection and found tyre was in condition. When contact Fiat customer service agent have constant been pushing and avoiding the case – stating a call back is arranged. Have bought top end of Fiat Linea, spending for security features – to the surprise non of the Air Bags worked and allow wheels was broken. Even after multiple calls and complains with Fiat via call and twitter, response had not been negative. Negligence by Fiat would have cost my life and what is was with my family. This incident has put me in deep mental and social tension and pressure; letting me lose my confidence.
