I ordered a smart watch from Fireboltt on September 2nd, and on September 4th, I received the item, but it was defective.
I immediately asked for a return and refund, and they picked up the item and brought it to their office on October 10.
I’ve been waiting for my refund since the 10th, and despite my repeated calls, no one ever seemed to know anything about it. Contacting their customer service is not a simple task.
We must wait for at least an hour before being connected, and once connected, they give us a stupid response and instruct us to wait for 4 to 5 working days. This happens every time you call.
In the end, you’ll lose your patient, stop calling them, and they won’t ever issue a refund.
First of all, I ask everyone to remember that they produce cheap, low-quality goods, and doing business with them is difficult.
Thus, it is not worth your time or money to purchase anything from the Fireboltt website. Keep away from these people.
Last but not least, if the complaint room can assist me in solving the issue, that would be a huge help.
