I have a credit card with fbb flexi and master, I was paying regularly untill I lost my job them my payments were not regular but I managed to pay what I could. Then I started working and went to salam branch in abu dhabi to have a new plan for payments but they asked me to visit mussafah branch. I went to mussafah branch where they told me they will send an email to collectors to call me and deside on the plan I want. I waited one week and nobody called me. Icalled this number 046075850 who used to call me for my payments and I told him the story he told me he will call me back to tell me how much I should pay for every account I said ok. I waited for another week but no call no reply. I called the customer service and told them about the story they said ok I will raise a ticket and they will call you back. I waited for that call but in vain. So in 30/07/18 I called again customer service to ask why nobody called me, the said they will raise a ticket and they will call me from fgb. After some minutes that number 046075850 called me and asked me to pay and amount on both cards and I agreed though the amounts are high and it is as if I never paid before I asked why they said it is the bank policy to put high late payment fees. I told him ok I ll pay but send me an email for new payment plan, he told me ok pay first then I will send you that email. I paid and since two days now I call him but he never answer. What employees are these? Or is it the bank policy? Very upset of this bank and will warn everybody not to have any credit cards with them!
