My name is sharon iam one your coustmer . 3 year ism using your credit card and always i face some issues from your bank side especially the costumer service department.

Last thursday 19 October i called your callcenter for a balance transfer of Aed1800 to my ADCB card as per the tele conversation your staff informed me that the intrest rate will be .33% for 2 years emi and 3% processing fee as a coustomer i agreed and ididnt request any kind of discount and i agrred the charges. Today i recive call from your bank again and your staff informe me that .33% is not possible to provide beacause your bank dnt have that much profit they will charge me .69%. as a coustomer I should more money to save the bank or bank should help to the customer to save his money. I need a proper solution for this issues. This is the second time iam getting the last minute changes polcy from your bank.
