On my order OD211613211270208000 dated 22.02.2018 I was delivered damaged/broken badminton racket . On my lodging complaint for delivery of damaged piece, I have to call repeated and vigorous reminders to your officials but they took long time in approval of supply of alternate piece , which is yet awaited to be delivered despite repeated followup , more then 25 days has been ruined talking with all untrained, unprofessional staff. My mistake dealing with you, it’s far easy to buy a racket from a shop near by our home.
I can not devote such long time for followup and am fed up with your poor services and delaying tactics of your customer care officials and request to refund my amount with interest without further delay, which please note.
