Flipkart – By mistaken returned product of Voonik, flipkart is not giving me back my product

I ordered a suit from flipkart, what i received was a product with different color so i initiated returning that. When that ekart person came i was not there so i asked my colleague to return that so ,she by mistakenly returned one saree which i purchased from Voonik, as soon as i came to know about this i called flipkart customer care and they said i have initiated your complaint and even a person named Nitin Anshumaan, wrote this mail to me :

We understand your concern.
We apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.
We do not want to keep you waiting and are already working on finding a solution for this.
All we need is till February 18, 2016 within which we will update you on this.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Now its 4th March 2016 there is no update on this, even when i had a telephonic conversation, they kept on telling me that they will return my product.
