I ordered a pair of shoes from flipkart. I payed the money through debit card. Money got deducted and transaction id got generated but flipkart window showed an error that money is not received. Since, then I am trying to contact flipkart but it is not showing any medium for that. All the mediums are busy is the only tag. Also, I tried to mail at cs@flipkart,com but it is not available now.
They are only giving a postal address in this time. Is it acceptable from a online merchant like flipkart,
