Dear Team,

I bought redmi note 4 mobile from your online market flipkart but the business experience with flipkart has very worst.
flipkart has been sending vim soap in place of mobile. Mobile price is 10999 rupees its very large amount for me.

So i requested to you please replace the delivery item or return the purchase amount 10999 rupees.
The full details of the id which i make order also attached invoice of mobile and photos of courier receiving.
