On September 1, 2023, I paid RS 55 for a Biteefender Mobile antivirus 1 year pack, and according to the details, the product was supposed to be delivered that day.
The order has been approved, according to a Flipkart agent, and will be delivered in 24 hours.
They told me to wait an additional two days after I called after waiting for 72 hours.
On September 5th, when I called back to check on the status, I was finally instructed to give my bank information so that Flipkart could credit my account.
I gave my bank information on September 5 and was informed that I would receive my money back within 7 days. I have been waiting for the refund for the past ten days.
I contacted your help desk once more today, but they were unable to give me the bank transaction number for the transaction that was made.
Then, when I requested a refund, they advised me to wait another 3 days, but I insisted on taking this matter to the next level because I was getting impatient.
My confusion stems from your executive’s request that I share the specifics of my bank transactions from September 1 through September 17.
In the modern era, we receive a UPI transaction confirmation and the basis for it within 30 minutes.I had to disclose the specifics of my bank transaction.
I conduct hundreds of transactions each week; why should Flipkart have access to them all? What guarantees exist that those details won’t be abused?
What happens to my refund, please? I’m sorry, but I’m unable to share my entire transaction history unless the request comes from a reputable government agency or other authority.
I would demand the same if you continue to insist on reviewing my bank transaction history before issuing me a refund.email, for which I would seek legal counsel.
Additionally, the opened tickets are abruptly closed without providing any useful information or solutions.
