I had ordered Realme 3 pro OD116273780703829000 from flipkart on 17th August 2019. But I received a wrong product Realme X-4 GB RAM after waiting for 6 days. I immediately requested flipkart for replacement on 20th August 2019,which was denied by flipkart’s seller. Then after following up with flipkart, the date 25th August was given as resolution deadline, but they couldn’t replace the product by that date, After waiting for 10 days after ordering the product, I decided to ask for a refund and buy the same product from other source. The moment I asked for refund, flipkart agreed for replacement. Probably the ordered model was not in their stock before that so they sent me the wrong product and then accepted their mistake of delivering a wrong product.
But I asked them for refund and not replacement as I had ordered the same product from another source after waiting for 10 days and the refund request was done within 10 days from the delivery of wrong product by flipkart. Still Flipkart sent me a replacement on 30th August 2019, which I denied to accept and now they are denying my refund.
Please help me to get a refund from flipkart.
