Flocia online shopping – Faulty dress – no return

I ordered (order no.FA58412300484) a pair of dresses on 13th March 2020. I received the dress on 20th March 2020. One dress was not as per my order and second dress was without -shalwar. Quality of dress is also not up to the mark. I mailed @ [email protected] to which they replied that
Dear Customer, Due to Coronavirus Pandemic our office will remain closed. We would appreciate your patience as you may get delayed reply because of unavailability of customer service team. Thanks once again for patience and co-operation.

till now no reply. When I searched their number on google (9001525448) and called a person received it and informed your money will be refunded immediately, kindly share your adhar and PAN, which i denied. I told my son to check for which he started giving lame excuses and blocked my and my son’s mobile number. Kindly help.

I booked dress on march that was not my size which I mentioned so return the items but till now response they block my no in messenger they only given address to return my order no is FA158391768242 and my invoice no is 4600569 I paid 5525 ₹ . when the time of booking immediately they reacted and within a week they send the items but for refund r any enquiries no response please consider on my order
