Forbcorp – non refund of the paid money

Dear Sir/Ma’am, Greetings of the day.
I purchased a membership of FORBCORP a holiday booking company. They made false promises at the time of booking. I made a payment of Rs 54000 upfront. But later when I asked for hotel bookings they say first pay the full amount then only you can awail packages for your holidays. The full amount was 270000. I told them to stop the process there itself. I don’t want to continue further. But they first said we can’t refund but we can gave you bookings worth your amount. But later on when I asked for bookings, then again say make half payment then we can provide you bookings. So its a real case of fraud, i also read reviews of clients from different cities for similar complaints. Now received a msg of ACH DEBIT MANDATE OF RS 3600 FOR FORBCORP PVT LTD. But we do not want to make any payments. My account is in HDFC account it may please be cancelled with immidiete effect and refund may please be done from their side.

  1. I took a classic package on Oct 2017. I needed to pay for the package for 3 years till the time I can take benefit from it. Meanwhile covid happened. And is still on its peak. We were paying for all our installments on regular basis. At the time of booking we were not notified about the duration of the plan, that will be 3 years. In Nov 2021, when we tried to take account of our submitted money, then they told us that our package is about to expire in dec. That means we have to use our 4 destination package in a month. We are trying to reach them for the extension plan and they are asking to pay 40,000 more to extend our plan which got postponed due to covid. I don’t understand in this pandemic times, why we are forced to go out when the conditions are so brutal outside. I want to lodge complaint for the company who are taking benefits of their customers by charging this extra amount for extending our plan, taking in notice that covid is destroying the world since two years.
