Forever 21 – Refund against defective product not received

We had placed an order vide order no 20087068 for clothes brought online from the web portal of forever 21. Since one of the item was defective, on 12th October 2015 we had emailed them with the picture of the defective apparel. The product was picked up from my residence on 20th October but have not received refund till date. In their email communication dated 8th December they had mentioned that amount would be refunded in that week or early next week. This didn’t happen and now again in an email dated December 16th they have mentioned that amount will get reflected by weekend. There has been considerable delay from their end. Please look into the matter
