Regarding my order, which was placed on October 19 and has Order No. 21572,
Delivery was scheduled for October 25; however, as of today, November 3, there has been no word on delivery or shipment.
They haven’t responded to my five phone calls or five letters, despite my best efforts.
I haven’t received a single email from them or tracking information to let me know the status of my order, and I’ve stopped believing any further dates they offer me because I feel like a fool for believing them.
I want you to cancel the entire order and issue a prompt refund since I’m sick of following up.
