Glamourdailyfab is an instagram page, I ordered from them on 11 April 2023 and I have not received anything till now.
I placed order for a suit piece and they asked me to send upi on shadesexports7@upi which I did. I waited for 1 week to get delivery but nothing came. When I wrote back to them they said they will share tracking no. shortly but no reply for days at length. After 1 week more they said ok they will send another one because may be previous one is lost in transit. But again nothing. It is very difficult to get a reply from them but after repeated followups on 3rd May finally they said they have issued a refund but nothing has come yet and now for last 20 days no one replies also. They took money through Google Pay but they are not refunding the money. They gave one email id also to followup but there is no reply from that also I have written 3 times to that email id [email protected]. Please help me get a refund. I am attaching screenshot of the payment advice.
It is a fraud page. Please help me get my money back. It is 3000 Rupees for them but for me I saved for 6 months to get that suit.
