I have ordered ‘Buy1 Get1 Globalite Tycoon G Dart IV shoes’ from http://www.globalitesport.com/, where they mentioned the customers will receive 100% cashback for the shoes purchased. But, after dispaching the items, they emailed me 13 coupons each worth 100/-, which can be used for further purchases (to claim these i have to make 13 more orders with minimum order value 500), which is not real cashback as mentioned by the seller. So, i didn’t accept the product from the courier & told them to send back to the Seller. As per the courier tracking, it was showing that the product was returned to origin (RTO) on 22nd, Dec, 2015 with remarks ‘RETURN Accepted’.

I have sent emails to globalitesport customer care ([email protected]) couple of times, but i didn’t get any response from them. Also, tried contacting them through their contact number provided in their website (0120-4375131), it is always saying ‘Busy’. I request you to take necessary action & please get my refund.
