Goodafford.com – not delivering the product after debiting the money from account

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have ordered for 2 items such as Solar LED light Sensor * 3 items with the rate of Rs.897 ( Order No : 42064 ) & Redmi Note 6 Pro tempered glass with the rate of Rs.148 ( Order No: 42230 ) with Goodafford.com on March 31st 2019. Till now, their website is showing awaiting shipment only. Moreover, they dont have any contact number to call and get the details. They have given only the E-Mail address as help@goodafford.com, I have sent several mails that you can refund the money if you could not deliver the product. However, there is no response from their end. Hence, I doubt that it looks like a online fraud company just by displaying the product and cheating people. Kindly ensure that they should refund my money or send the product. Please take an immediate action to avoid other customers get into their net.

  1. Same is the case with me. I have ordered for solar LED sensor light and I’m receiving no response to my emails and no updates regarding my order . My order id is #60602. Kindly revert ASAP.

    I made an order no. 54064 for Rs. 1495/- for 5 LED Solar motion sensor light on 06 Apr 19 but till date Good afford.com has not delivered the item despite several reminders.The status of tracking is showing pending.They are not responding to emails.

  3. i think its a fraud company. only for grabbing you hard money, no one answer or response after getting money. i booked 2 products on 11-4-2019 and paid the cost of the product but now no one make response.

    I have ordered for 2 number of solar led light sensor (Order no : 49897) with goodafford.com on 4th april, 2019. Till now, their website is showing örder pending”. Moreover, they dont have any contact number to call and get the details. They have given only the e-mail address as help@goodafford.com, i have sent e-mail to the so called company to deliver the product immediately and in case it is not possible for you to delivery, kindly refund my amount which i had paid through my debit card. But till date neither the goods have been delivered nor money refunded. However, there is no response from their end. Hence, i doubt that it looks like a online fraud company just by displaying the product and cheating people. Kindly ensure that they should refund my money or send the product. Please take an immediate action to avoid other customers get into their net.
