(Grabasap.com) Way2Online Retail Private Limited-Non delivery of ordered items after payment has done.

I placed an order on Grabasap.com (Add: Way2Online Retail Private Limited No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad – 500016, Ph No: 040-6622 8272) on 29/11/13 for three items and the ORDER NO. “GRB38218”. I got the confirmation mail from the Grabasap.com that the products will be dispatched within 5 to 7 days (Excluding Saturday and Sunday). But till now i haven’t received the items. Even they are not receiving the calls when i called. I would like to know whether Way2Online Retail Private Limited is genuine or not?
And I request the consumers not to use the website www.grabasap.com for online purchases.
