I got a call from grabit4u address as mentioned on their website is G/F, A-103, jawahar park, kahnpur, devki road, near SBI ATM, New Delhi, South delhi, 110062.
They said to buy any product of Rs. 499/- from our websites and you will also get one assured gift, but I denied after that again they called and asking why are you not purchasing the product there is one assured gift with the product as per the shop2win contest as shown on their website. Again and again they have called from the contact number [protected] and [protected]. I asked some question to her regarding the authenticity of the company then she told that I am forwarding your call to my senior officer and his number is[protected] officer. He told when the company is registered under any payment gateway then the company cannot be fake, then forcibly I purchased one product from their websites and make payment through Ola money after payment I shocked in the payment gateway the company is registered on the name of MR ENTERPRISES not in the name of grabit4u.com. After purchasing the order I received one e-mail regarding the confirmation of my order and that e-mail is also from some secureserver.net there is no authentic e-mail. After that he transferred the call to her and she told me that you will receive a call from our gift department and they will tell you the further process for receiving the gift and your product as per your code-grabit001 and shopping points-72.5.
I have not received any call upto two days, then I called on the same number then he told we are preparing your files and you will receive a call tomorrow. I received a call (contact number [protected]) from the gift department of grabit4u.com and one lady was speaking after that she told me you have selected by our company for the assured gift and you have three options First- Laptop and LED (Rs. 45000/-), Second prize- Scooty (Rs. 75000/-), Third Gixer Bike (Rs. 1, 70, 000/-), and out of three I chose scooty, then she told for scooty you have to pay Rs. 4999/-, Rs. 2499/- for Laptop & Scooty and Rs.8999/- for Gixer bike as processing amount for your assured gift and this condition they have never explained me before. After that I asked to provide me your GST registration number but she told we cannot give on phone company has some privacy policies then I asked for some time then she told you have to pay in promotional hours the promotional hours is only upto an hour from the time when you received my call. It means she is forcing me to pay Rs. 4999/- at that time only, but I have not paid and ask to deliver my product which I have purchased in Rs. 499/- and she told okay I will proceed your only product file and cancel your assured gift file. After that, I have not received call and my product upto four days. Again after 4 days I called then the executive of the company told there is some server issue for delivering your product it will reach you in the next four days, but I asked for them to cancel my product and refund my money now they are telling you just do one e-mail for the cancellation of your product and then we will refund your money. They are not giving any Tracking id valid order number nothing they are given and upto today I have not received my product and also not my money.
So, I am requesting to everyone don’t be greedy and don’t believe on such fake calls. I am requesting to the government please stop these companies because they are cheating many peoples and their hard earned money in the name of assured gift.
If the company succeed at the first step only, means if they succeed in cheating 1000 peoples per day for the purchasing of Rs.499/-,
the company daily income is, 499*1000= Rs. 4, 99, 000/-.
Monthly income is, Rs. 4, 99, 000*25= Rs. 1, 24, 75, 000/-
And yearly income is Rs. 1, 24, 75, 000*12= Rs. 14, 97, 00, 000/-
and if they succeed in cheating 10% of the first step cheated peoples for the second step and average processing fees they collect Rs. 4, 999/- then the yearly income from the second step is
Rs. 4, 999*100*25*12=14, 99, 70, 000.
So, total average income of the company is Rs. 29, 96, 70, 000/- on which they are not paying Income tax and GST if they are not registered.
